DESCRIPTION

Known as the antispasmodic tissue salt, the main area of action with Mag Phos is on the nervous system and muscles.  It is an important constituent of brain, bone, nerves, muscles, blood, and sperm.  Deficiencies cause spasms, paralysis, and cramps.  It is made from magnesium sulphate and sodium phosphate, which form into six-sided, needle-like crystals.  It is found in beer and cereal grains.

HISTORY

Mag Phos is one of the 12-mineral/tissue salts identified by the famous Dr. Wilheim Schuessler during the 19th century.
